My life as a student

Today there wasn’t that many people in class today. The school is not all that crowed, and its a bit more quite. I worked on my baseball scratch, I made the cat go around the baseball field. Steven thought that I was copying it from other people that post their version on scratch.

Today was a pretty warm, warmer than yesterday. We got a new assignment on scratch. We need to pick five activities like stories, games, or animations. Today is going by fast, I didn’t really do anything in class. The classroom seems pretty cold. Steven is working on scratch while playing games on the computer. This is what happen so far today.

Today Mr. Purina talk about social emotional learning about Social media OCD. There is a social media OCD that keep you constantly checking your social media which affect most of the teens. Social media are good so you can keep in touch with your close ones. Social media can generate anxiety, jealousy, stress, pressure, dislike, and loneliness. People tend to post happy things online, but most of the stuff is just to show off. Those post make kids depress making kids thinking that they are having a miserable life but they are actually not happy in their post. No one likes or tag you in any post make you feel that you have no friends which make you feel sad. Social media bubble traps you, checking your phone every second distracting you from finishing your task.

Today was a pretty warm day, I didn’t have to wait for the bus for a long time for it to come. Classes is always boring as usual. Biology was boring the class room was hot like an oven. Steven go on the computer to check things about a mobile game. He won’t stop checking the website out even if I close it. He never do anything in class, always going to website he shouldn’t or play games.

Today was a cold day, the bus was late and I have to wait in the cold. 2 of my classes have a substitute, I just read my book. I saw Steven in computer lab, he was being a good boy today, he didn’t fool around, or mess with me. We are having social emotional learning day. I’m feeling that today is going to just past by.  We have to think about how we think, whats good and whats bad. Tolerance is important and it could make the world at peace, we will make poor decision but we could learn from it. We make poor decision when we are having emotion day, we have to push our emotion away so we could make good decision.

Today in computer class we are writing a blog.  There’s a person next to me name Steven Huang he always play games on his computer. He would always sit there and not do anything. He always wait for the last minute to do his work. Sometimes he would mess around and mess with our computer like closing our tabs, or pushing us.
